Antaragange hill is one of the famous pilgrim destinations located just 4 kms from Kolar town and 70 Kms from Bangalore. Antargange has also become a popular tourist destination. Antaragange is also known as 'Dakshin Kashi'.
Antaragange literally means "Ganges from deep" in Kannada language. Though so much of water streaming out from the mouth of a stone bull (Basava), nobody knows the source of water or the place from where it originates. Water is seen streaming out throughout the year.
Kashi Vishweshwara Temple is also one of the main attractions of Antargange.
How to reach Antargange:
Antaragange is well connected by roads various KSRTC & Private Buses ply daily to Kolar from various places. Enter the city (Kolar) and take a left turn near the KSRTC bus stand to reach Antargange.
